Dear Chris,

There are two phrases I have heard often in my lifetime: (1) Our Customer is our #1 Priority. (2) Actions speak louder than words. However, In my experience as a customer, rarely have I seen both of them being performed consistently at the same time. Well, This was one of those rare times.

From the beginning of our introduction, it was explained to me that work would be done in building my patio. You told me if I had any questions, please do not hesitate to ask you, and you would answer them as best you could. You did that with no hesitation.

Each day you called me on my job, to let me know you were at my house and what work was being done, this was very much appreciated.

Every day I was excited when looking at the professional and beautiful job you were doing in building my patio.

I must share this with you. One day you and Austin were talking while working and I over heard you make a statement. You stated, "You were building this patio as though it were your own." That left a very positive impression in my mind.

It was obvious; that much pride was being taken in the work that was being done, from the beginning through completion of the job, including cleaning up.

It reminded me of the way people were 30 and 40 years ago. When pride and honesty was the norm. When people genuinely cared what the customer thought, wanting to make sure that job was done superbly. A time when there was trust between the builder and the customer and at the end of the job both the builder and customer were pleased.

Well, I am more than pleased with the job you did, and your follow up has been excellent.

My patio is very beautiful.

For all the reasons mentioned above, I am thankful that you company, America's Best Patio Rooms, was the one I chose.

Dear Paul:

I wanted to write a short note to let you know how happy we are with our new Four Seasons Room! It turned out just as we imagined it would. We appreciated your design recommendations in helping our "dream room" come true! We will use this room for pleasure and to meet with clients!

You were the only contractor, which indicated that we would need a new patio with new footers poured. While this did add to the expense, it also meant that our construction was done properly and will likely last a very long time. Other contractors were willing to build on our existing sloped patio, without footers, and to do it without building permits, but you insisted on doing it properly and we are happy that our new room came in on budget and was completed according to the timeline established.

Your rates were competitive with the others anyway (even with the new patio!) and we were very impressed with Chris Cauley's ability to construct our new patio room. He did an expert installation and tried to please us in every way. He is an able communicator, as well as craftsman.

Where possible, we like to give our business to local companies and, especially, family owned and operated businesses! Thank-you for the great job you did for us! The whole family loves our new patio room! We truly have one of America's Best Patio Rooms!
